GEOFF TRIVETT

Prior to establishing the independent G.D. Trivett & Associates Pty Ltd in Australia in 1978, Geof Trivett had been State Managing Director of the Baillieu Allard Group (now Knight Frank) for seven years and was a member of that group's Board of Directors.

Under Geoff's leadership, the Trivett Property Group has offered the highest standards in quality service delivery and has a record of success in valuation appraisals and general real estate sales and leasing.

Geoff Trivett has been an associate of the Australian Institute of Valuers since 1971 and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Brisbane North. He was an Executive Member of the Building Owners' and Manager's Association of Australia for eight years and is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

DARREN TRIVETT

Darren Trivett has been associated with the Trivett Property Group since returning to Australia in 1981 after a period in the United States as part of the Lions International Youth Exchange program.

Widely experienced in residential, commercial retail and specialised valuations including child care centres. Darren has been a Registered Valuer for the State of Queensland since 1988.

His real estate experience encompasses in-globo and subdivision allotments, single residential dwellings, unit developments, office buildings, shopping centres and industrial property.

Darren Trivett is regarded as an expert residential and specialist child care centre valuer. He has also undertaken commercial assessments on a varied range of properties.
